In a meeting with President of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation Alexei Kudrin, Brnabic praised his exceptional commitment to improving the work of the institution and the success achieved in the field of digitalisation, not only in facilitating the work of the chamber but also in achieving a higher level of transparency.
She emphasised that the exchange of experience and cooperation at the level of the two institutions will make a significant contribution to the overall development in this area.
Kudrin, who is one of a recognised economic experts in the world and a longtime minister of finance of the Russian Federation, said that by implementing economic reforms, Serbia has achieved remarkable results and achieved stability of its economy.
He expressed confidence that economic cooperation and trade between Serbia and Russia would record constant growth in the years to come.
The President of the Accounting Chamber of Russia stressed that an important goal of the audit institution is to perfect the work of the public administration, and that the digitalisation and the use of modern technologies are effective means towards achieving these goals.
According to Kudrin, the plan is to digitise all services and facilitate communication between the state and citizens.
Kudrin said that audit institutions are also undergoing their technological revolution today and that, in this regard, exchange of experience between the two countries is significant.
He thanked Serbia for its exceptional cooperation, expressing confidence that intensive exchange of experience and knowledge of experts from both countries will continue.
