Prime Minister Ana Brnabic attended late today the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Office for Information Technology and eGovernment and US company Nutanix, which prescribes the use of cloud technology in schools and in public administration.

Nutanix recognises improvement of business climate in Serbia

This document, signed by Deputy Director of the Office for IT and eGovernment Zoran Misic and Vice President of the said company Nikola Bozinovic, implies the opening of an innovative digital transformation centre in Belgrade and the establishment of a Nutanix data centre in Kragujevac.
Brnabic said during the official opening of the new office space of this company in Belgrade that the example of Nutanix is a good indicator of everything the Serbian government is doing to improve the business environment and that is why the economy is more and more based on innovation, research, development and advanced technologies.
According to Brnabic, the export of IT sector to Serbia in the first 10 months of this year exceeded the export in the whole of 2018, while it is twice higher than in 2016.
Brnabic recalled that in 2018, these exports amounted to €1.135 billion, while in the first 10 months of this year, their value was €1.154 billion.
