The Forum of Ministers of Culture was last held 21 years ago, and this year's gathering is attended by more than one hundred ministers from around the world.
Vukosavljevic spoke at the panel "Culture at the heart of education - the basic dimension of human development and innovation", and on the sidelines of this meeting, he met with Director of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre Mechtild Rössler.
He expressed concern about the state of Serbian cultural heritage in Kosovo-Metohija.
According to Vukosavljevic, in addition to the four UNESCO-protected cultural monuments, there are more than 1,300 cultural monuments in Kosovo, and locals do not show willingness and goodwill to treat Serbian shrines adequately.
