The interlocutors stated that Serbia-China relations are extraordinary and characterised by a comprehensive strategic partnership and a "modern steel friendship".
During the visit of the President of the Supreme People's Court of China to Serbia, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Supreme Court of Cassation of Serbia, which will contribute to the improvement of cooperation between the two countries in the field of justice, as well as court computerisation, court management and judicial training.
Since China is Serbia's most important trading partner in Asia, our country attaches great importance to economic cooperation under the China-CEEZ mechanism, Brnabic said.
The Prime Minister said that she is pleased that Serbia will have the opportunity to host the fourth China-CEEZ Ministerial Conference on Innovation on 8-9 October.
Brnabic stated that Serbia will continue to support China bilaterally and multilaterally, as well as through the "17 + 1" cooperation mechanism, to which our country attaches particular importance.
The Prime Minister wished Zhou a happy 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, which will be celebrated on 1 October 2019, and wished China on behalf of the Serbian government further success in all areas of its development.
