Prime Minister Ana Brnabic spoke today with President of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman and thanked him for the friendship and firm support that the Czech Republic provides to Serbia in the field of European integration.
Zeman said at the meeting of the delegations of the two countries that he greatly appreciates the friendly relations between the two nations and added that the Czech Republic will continue to support Serbia on its path to EU membership.
Brnabic and Zeman also discussed the improvement of economic cooperation in light of the fact that there are more and more Czech investments in Serbia.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Nebojsa Stefanovic, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic, Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic, Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin and Minister without portfolio in charge of innovation and technological development Nenad Popovic.
The Czech delegation included First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Jan Hamcek, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade and Industry Karel Havlicek, Defence Minister Ljubomir Metnar and Transport Minister Vladimir Kremlik.
