Prime Minister Ana Brnabic spoke today with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala Sandra Erica Jovel Polanco about the strengthening of political dialogue that will contribute to the improvement of further cooperation in the fields of mutual interest.

Prime Minister Brnabic expressed her appreciation for Guatemala's support and consistent stance on the issue of Kosovo-Metohija, and stressed that this type of support is very important to Serbia in seeking a long-term sustainable agreement with Pristina.
Minister Polanco underlined that Guatemala will continue to support Serbia and said that it is important that all contentious issues be resolved through dialogue.
Brnabic and Polanco agreed that there is room to launch significant economic cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of agriculture.
The interlocutors also agreed on the need to strengthen cooperation in the field of culture and education.
