Prime Minister Ana Brnabic spoke today with President of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and former President of the German Bundestag Norbert Lammert about the European perspective of Serbia, the process of reforms implemented by the government and the previous cooperation with this foundation.

Joining EU priority task of state

Brnabic confirmed that joining the EU is a strategic goal and priority task of Serbia.
Aside from the rule of law, as she explained, the government's focus in the future period will be to achieve stable GDP growth, reduce unemployment and create new jobs, and in that sense increase citizens' living standards.
Lammert said that he is encouraged by the reforms undertaken in the field of economy, its stabilisation and the overall transformation of Serbian society, explaining that our country remains a major challenge on the European path.
