At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenkovic addressed the participants, and after the introductory address, a plenary session also started, where the prime ministers of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe will speak, including the Serbian Prime Minister.
At the end of the session, the signing of the agreement with the China Development Bank will take place, which will be attended by all prime ministers.
