Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said today during the talks with President of China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) Du Fei that the infrastructure projects in Serbia, on which the works are carried out by this company, are performed in line with contract provisions, with quality and respect for the agreed deadlines and construction standard.

Brnabic praised the progress achieved in the construction of the Surcin-Obrenovac motorway, and above all on the bridge over the Sava and the Kolubara rivers, which belongs to this section, where 87 percent of the works have been completed, which is much more and faster than planned.
The President of CRBC informed the Prime Minister that the works on Corridor 11 (the Belgrade - South Adriatic motorway) are progressing well and that he expects that the deadlines for this project will be respected.
He said that the beginning of works on the Cacak (Preljina) – Pozega section should begin at the end of this month, where preparatory works and expropriation are currently being carried out.
Brnabic and Fei also discussed the possibilities for cooperation on the construction of a 45 kilometres long fast track road from Novi Sad to Ruma (Fruska Gora Corridor). Preparation of technical documentation for the continuation of the construction of the section of the Corridor 11 Pozega – Boljari motorway is in progress.
According to Du Fei, the completion of this largest section on this road, 107 kilometres long, will enable a significant increase in GDP in Serbia.
The Prime Minister expressed her satisfaction that the negotiations on the construction of the Industrial Park in Borca will soon be completed, which represents a major development opportunity for Serbia.
The meeting also looked at investments in railway infrastructure as well as the forthcoming 16 + 1 Summit of the countries of Southeast Europe and China, which will be held in Dubrovnik in April this year.
