Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said today that the goal of the government is to transform the economy and society in order to make our country a knowledge-based and creativity-based society.
At the "Talents Together 1.0" event, attended by more than 200 young people, Brnabic told talents who successfully study and work abroad that they can do great things for the country.
This time brings us that we do not have to physically be in one place to work together. I sincerely hope that you will remain in Serbia or that you will return, but if that is not the case, thanks to the time in which we live, we can work together on initiatives together, she said.
The Prime Minister noted that the first such conference in Serbia was held today, stressing that it was high time for the youth to gather and to talk to officials about how to strengthen cooperation at the institutional level.
She pointed out that a healthy economy and reforms that started in 2014 set conditions for making Serbia more competitive.
According to Brnabic, she inherited a stable budget, a more dynamic economy, a falling public debt, less unemployment due to an increase in employment, rather than departure of people from the country.
Our goal to use the healthy basis that we inherited, to make Serbia more competitive and compete with other countries.
Brnabic concluded that we are at a specific moment and that we should use the fourth industrial revolution in order to change the fate in the most direct way and make up for lost time and missed opportunities.
