Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said today during a visit to the "Euroin" factory in Kula that securing jobs, which are a prerequisite for a better life of citizens, is the most important task of the government.
Brnabic pointed out that it is necessary to have a competition between the investor and a larger choice of jobs, expressing the expectation that the opening of the German investor will create new jobs in Kula, noting that new 300 jobs and new investments are coming.
She reminded that only Vojvodina signed 14 contracts with big investors for 2,200 jobs, adding that the production of IMT tractors will soon begin in Secanj.
We are investing more and more in education in order to give an opportunity to young people and to transform our economy based on innovation and knowledge, said the Prime Minister, reminding that Serbia's economic growth is 4.5%, unemployment is 11.3%, and public debt is 54% of GDP.
The company "Euroin", which was opened today, employs about 70 people, and by the end of the first phase it will employ about 200. It plans to build the second and third plants and then it will employ 600 new workers.
