Residential building at “Belgrade Waterfront” officially opened

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic attended today the opening of the first residential building within the "Belgrade Waterfront" residential and commercial complex, after which the first owners of apartments will start to move in.
On that occasion, Brnabic, Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali, Belgrade Mayor Zoran Radojicic, Eagle Hills Director Mohamed Alabbar and Director of the Belgrade Waterfront company Nikola Nedeljkovic cut the ribbon.
With the construction of "BW Residences" the first phase of the project has been completed. The tower is 20 floors high and has 296 apartments, ranging from two to five-bedroom apartments.
The building also features swimming pools for children and adults, a gym with most modern equipment, a playroom for children and a reception.
