Infrastructure development for benefit of citizens, economy

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic, who together with President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic visited construction works on the bridge over the Sava and Kolubara rivers, announced new investments in infrastructure, which will mean a lot for citizens and investors.
Brnabic thanked everyone who are taking part in the realisation of this very demanding project and underlined that RSD 128 billion has been invested in infrastructure and that this year even more money will be set aside to that purpose.
Vucic said that the works on this 1,581-metre long bridge, which will connect the rivers of Sava and Kolubara, are going extremely well and that the deadlines are respected.
Chinese company CCCC started to build the new bridge over the confluence of the Rivers Kolubara and Sava near Obrenovac in May last year, and the deadline for the completion of works is 32 months, until 4 January 2020.
The main concrete bridge over the Sava and Kolubara was designed with the length of 1,581 metres and the width of 29 metres. The bridge over the Sava is 367 metres long and the main distance between the river pillars is 175 metres.
Vucic said that the works on this 1,581-metre long bridge, which will connect the rivers of Sava and Kolubara, are going extremely well and that the deadlines are respected.
