Serbia’s priority peace, stability in region

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic spoke today with Ambassador of Great Britain to Serbia Denis Keefe about bilateral relations, the situation in the region, and the upcoming EBRD investment summit of the Western Balkan countries in London on 26 February, with the participation of the Prime Minister.
At the meeting, the significance of the investment summit was confirmed, which, according to the Prime Minister, is evidence of the concrete efforts of European and international institutions in providing support to the countries of the Western Balkans, with the aim of faster integration into the European Union, and at the same time an opportunity to send a clear message to the investors about the region's great economic potential.
The Prime Minister once again stressed that Serbia's priority is to maintain peace and stability in the region, and expressed the expectation that the Western Balkans Summit, within the framework of the Berlin Process, to be held on 10 July in London, will contribute to further progress in regional cooperation.
She expressed her gratitude to the UK for supporting the European integration of Serbia and the Western Balkan region, which contributes to greater stability in this part of Europe.
