Brnabic expresses condolences over devastating storm in Philippines

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte, on the occasion of the loss of lives in a tropical storm that hit the southern part of this country.
"We were very shaken by the news that a large number of people were killed in the storm that hit the Philippines. On behalf of the government of the Republic of Serbia and in my name, I send the expressions of deepest sympathy to the families and friends of the fallen, as well as to you and your government.
Nature reminds us that we are powerless in dealing with natural disasters. Although it is difficult to comfort those who lost their loved ones, I am convinced that you and your country will support them and deal with the consequences of the devastating storm," Brnabic said in the letter.
