Continuation of large investments in health care

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar visited today the reconstruction of "Dr Dragisa Misovic-Dedinje" hospital, for which the state provided RSD 342.6 million, which should to be finished next year.
Brnabic pointed out that, eight years after a great fire in that took place in the clinic-hospital centre in Belgrade, the state provided money for the complete renovation of that institution and procurement of new equipment.
With the support of the European Investment Bank, we are going to invest in the clinical centres of Serbia, Vojvodina, Kragujevac, as well as in seven important clinics, including "Dragisa Misovic", "Visegradska", "Tirsova", said the Prime Minister.
She pointed out that this is a huge investment in health care, and also noted that it was important for us to keep the doctors and medical workers in Serbia. Loncar pointed out that for the first time all the funds needed were provided for the completion of the renovation in the clinic, but also that the complete equipment will be installed.
Director of "Dragisa Misovic" clinic Radoslav Scepanovic emphasised that the hospital will be equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including magnets, scanners and superb monitoring.
