Reporter of the Sports Club Nebojsa Viskovic was the five-millionth passenger and Prime Minister Brnabic, Mayor of Belgrade Sinisa Mali and Director of the Nikola Tesla Airport Sasa Vlaisavljevic presented him with a prize for this occasion.
Brnabic also said that at 15.30, when the deadline for submission of binding bids for the companies that are finalists in the concession procedure for Nikola Tesla Airport expires, she expects that all five consortia will have submitted their bids.
She pointed out that there is great interest and a preliminary decision on the best offers will have been made by 25 December.
We will have three groups of experts who will evaluate offers from the financial, legal and technical angle. We will consider everything well. Money is important for the best offer, but many other aspects too, she said.
Asked whether the concession contract, as well as the annexes, will be public, Brnabic replied that the whole process will be fully public, which guarantees the presence of international financial institutions and explained that the whole procedure is being conducted on a global level.
The process involves the world's largest companies from almost all continents and nobody has had a remark until now. Everyone has been very satisfied with the work of our team, Brnabic stated.
