The contracts are for the construction of a lamella of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Nis, Scientific and Technological Park (NTP) in Nis, as well as for project "Verokio" of the Institute of Physics in Belgrade.
The documents were signed by Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Mladen Sarcevic, Minister without Portfolio in charge of Innovation and Technological Development Nenad Popovic, Director of Public Investment Management Office Marko Blagojevic, Mayor of Nis Darko Bulatovic and Director of the Institute of Physics Aleksandar Bogojevic.
Brnabic said that the signing of these three contracts represents another step forward, since the projects to which they relate are significant for science, education, digitization, but also for our construction industry and GDP.
It is important that we start the projects and complete them, the Prime Minister underlined.
She reminded her that the lamella of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Nis was foreseen by the original project from 1975, but that construction never started.
Brnabic expressed her gratitude to all partners, primarily the European Investment Bank, which, she said, shows close cooperation with the EU in various segments of society's development.
The Prime Minister also expressed her gratitude to the representatives of the Nis and the Electronic Faculty from that city, as well as the Institute of Physics in Belgrade.
