At the ceremony of the takeover of the Krusevac-based factory "14 October" by the Slovakian "MSM Group", which operates within "Czechoslovak Group", Brnabic said that the President of Serbia has the biggest merit for the fact that “14 October” will work again.
She added that she is proud that she is the Prime Minister of Serbia, the most beautiful country, and this example shows that together we can go forward and achieve success.
We are moving forward and making successes in the places where many before us gave up trying to solve problems because they thought they were unsolvable, she said, adding that the re-launch of the factory "14 October " is a proof of hard work and persistence.
Brnabic said that she and the government will continue to come to Krusevac, that new factories will be built and opened and new jobs created, not only here but across Serbia, and that she hopes that citizens will be satisfied with the report on the work of the first 100 days of the Serbian government, which will be presented today.
The takeover of the factory was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Nebojsa Stefanovic, Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin, Minister of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs Zoran Djordjevic and Minister of Economy Goran Knezevic.
The Prime Minister and members of the government were greeted at the entrance to the factory by citizens with banners of support and flags of Serbia.
“Czechoslovak Group” owns more than 40 companies, of which the most famous are "Tatra" and "Avia".
