Continuation of strong German support to European integration of Serbia

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today with Envoy of the German Federal Foreign Office for South East Europe Kristian Helbach, who is attending the Belgrade Security Forum.

Dacic and Helbach noted during the meeting that bilateral relations are good, characterised by cooperation in all fields, intensive dialogue at a high level and a constant trend of improvement.
They also agreed that economic relations are good, with high commodity exchange and large German investments in Serbia.
Helbach reiterated that Germany strongly supports European integration of Serbia and is ready to continue to be actively engaged in that process.
The two officials also exchanged opinions on the current regional issues.
