At the annual meeting of foreign ministers of the countries of the Visegrad Group and the Western Balkans themed “Speeding up enlargement in the Western Balkans”, Dacic rejected the attempts to present the foreign policy of Serbia as sitting on two chairs.
Our relations with our Eastern partners should not be judged all the time because these relations are traditional, friendly and with a strong economic segment, he underlined.
Dacic stated that the EU accession of Serbia and Montenegro by 2025 is a feasible goal and underlined that in recent years an artificial thesis was created within the EU that not more than two chapters should be opened during one presidency in order not to create a false picture of a “too fast” negotiation process.
