Amending regulations to result in easier business operation

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said today that the Serbian government in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce has changed more than 25 by-laws, regulations and other acts in order to facilitate business.

At the presentation of the Sixth Quarterly Analysis of the Implementation of Regulations of Importance for the Economy, Brnabic pointed out that better business and higher employment are the goal of the government of Serbia and certainly one of its most important priorities.

She said that it is good that there is a permanent dialogue, which in the past period resulted in the change of more than 25 by-laws and regulations, in order to facilitate the business of the economy.

and I want to hear your suggestions, said the Prime Minister, adding that all ministries in the government receive an analysis of the implementation of regulations and work together on the implementation.

According to Brnabic, the purpose of this publication is to better communicate between the lawmakers and the business sector.

The presentation was also attended by prominent businessmen led by the most important Serbian companies.

The Quarterly Analysis of the Implementation of Regulations of Importance for the Economy was established by the Law on Chambers of Commerce as a new mechanism for communication between the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the government of Serbia.
