Prime Minister Ana Brnabic received today Croatian Ambassador to Serbia Gordan Markotic on a farewell visit, during which they concluded that the economic cooperation between the two countries is at a very high level.
The two officials noted that more needs to be done on coordination, in order for Serbia and Croatia to jointly participate on third markets.
They also examined the possibility of holding a forum to bring together businessmen from both countries, as the best form of economic cooperation.
Brnabic pointed out that Serbia has done a lot for the rights of national minorities in Serbia, but that it is necessary for both countries to continue intensive work and cooperation so that minorities in both countries could exercise their rights in the best possible way.
Markotic assessed that the relations between the two countries are on an upward scale, and that the upcoming visits of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to Zagreb will contribute to the improvement of bilateral relations, as well as the visit of the Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs to Serbia.
