Vucic said at a press conference that the government will do everything in its power to reduce Serbia’s borrowing in 2015 and 2016, and recalled that in the last 110 days of its work the government has made big plans and a lot has been done.
The Prime Minister underlined that the aim of the Serbian government is to become a more modern and successful country, noting that Serbia is in a very difficult situation and that is why the government started the necessary reforms.
He recalled that the Serbian parliament adopted amendments to the Labour Law, Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, Bankruptcy Law, the Law on Privatisation, but also a set of important media laws harmonised with EU standards.
Vucic said that the goal is to create the best investment climate possible, and added that the intention of the state is to create and keep jobs and to secure markets for Serbian products.
The Prime Minister presented today the Contract of Lease of Agricultural Land signed with the UAE and the agreement with Etihad Airways.
