Several thousand visitors attended ‘Francophony Night’ at Belgrade’s Sava Centre last night, which showcased 12 francophone countries with embassies in Belgrade, including France, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Egypt, Congo, Guinea, Romania and Algeria.
The show presented commercials from 60 countries worldwide where French is spoken. Apart from the main programme, guests had the chance to taste traditional meals, cheeses, champagne, wines and chocolate.
The event was supported by the French Cultural Centre in Belgrade, Super Star Events agency, the Serbian Ministry of Culture, Sava Centre and Societe Generale bank.
