This is confirmed by the latest Agreement on defence cooperation between the Serbian and Italian governments, signed by the two ministers today.
This document will contribute to qualitative and quantitative improvement of bilateral military cooperation, with the focus on education and advanced training, training of special units, intelligence and reconnaissance operations and the training of teams for the removal of unexploded ordnance.
The plan is to hold the 7th bilateral-defence consultation in Rome in March 2014, which will be an opportunity to analyse the cooperation so far and to indentify areas in which it can be improved.
