Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić met today with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba.
Đurić informed his colleague about current events and the position of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija, as well as about other regional issues.
During the meeting, mutual support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our two countries, which is of a principled nature, was confirmed.
The ministers reached an agreement that, in the year in which Serbia and Ukraine mark 30 years of diplomatic relations, steps should be taken to improve bilateral cooperation, including the return of the staff of the Serbian Embassy to Kyiv.
The mutual willingness to continue improving the economic ties between the two countries and to support the holding of a business forum at which specific projects would be discussed as soon as possible was expressed, according to the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
