Pavicevic told a press conference, which was held in the Serbian government, that a technical protocol for the joint management of the administrative crossings will be prepared.
He pointed out that it is possible that both parts of the document that are not at all favourable for Serbia are made acceptable.
We need to be realistic that some large and significant changes cannot be made, but improvements can be achieved, he said, adding that these parts may be changed through the work of implementation groups of Belgrade, Brussels and Pristina.
Speaking of unfavourable parts of the document, he said that the biggest problem may be the presence of Kosovo customs officers at the administrative crossings.
What is ambiguous is the executive role of EULEX on Jarinje and Brnjak, he said.
Pavicevic stressed that it is important to know that the Serbian government has not changed its policy on Kosovo-Metohija, and added that the National platform for solving the Kosovo problem is quite shaped and developed.
According to him, the goal of Serbia is the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue is put on a higher, political level.
He said that Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, during his visit to Brussels, asked EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton that the Serbian government is sent all the agreements that have been signed or initialed by the previous head of the negotiating team Borislav Stefanovic.
The EU sent a copy of the technical agreement on integrated administrative lines that Stefanovic initialed on 24 February this year, said Pavicevic.
He explained that majority of agreements were accepted verbally, and noted that in accordance with international law, all agreements that are verbally accepted, produce exactly the same effect as those signed ones.
