Serbian tennis player Jelena Jankovic beat in Melbourne this morning American Christina McHale in the third round of Australian Open with 2:0 in sets (6:2, 6:0).

With the victory against McHale, the best Serbian tennis player reached the eight-finals of Australian Open, and her rival for entry into the quarter-finals will be the current no.1 on WTA rankings, Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark.

Serbian tennis player Nenad Zimonjic and his partner in doubles French Michael Llorda entered the eight-finals of the Australian Open after defeating today Spanish duo Marc Lopez-David Marrero with 2:0 in sets (6:4, 6:2).

Zimonjic and Llorda’s rivals in the match for the entry in the quarter-finals will be Indian-Czech duo Leander Paes-Radek Stepanek.
