Serbia in Davis Cup semi final

The Serbian male tennis team secured placement in Davis Cup semi final today, taking a 3:1 lead over Sweden.
The decisive point for the defending champions was won by Janko Tipsarevic who beat Michael Ryderstedt by 6:2, 7:5, 6:3.
On the first day of the competition, Serbia took the leady by 2:0 thanks to Viktor Troicki and Janko Tipsarevic's singles victories, but on Saturday the Swedes won a point when Aspelin/Lindstedt outplayed Djokovic/Zimonjic in doubles.
In the semi final, to be held from 16 to 18 September, Serbia will engage the Argentinean team who beat Kazakhstan by 5:0.
