Partizan defend NLB League title with long-range buzzer beater

Serbian basketball champion Partizan Belgrade won NLB League title for the fourth consecutive time by beating Cibona Zagreb 75-74 (15-14, 16-17, 13-13, 16-16, 15-14) in an overtime finish.

NLB League final match was held in Zagreb Arena before 16,000 spectators.

Cibona grabbed the rebound and Bojan Bogdanovich hit a three-pointer with 0.6 seconds left to put his team up 74-72. Partizan guard Dusan Kecman caught the inbounds pass with hardly any time left on the clock and heaved a buzzer beat from three-fourths down the court for the surprising win.

Best scorer for Partizan was Alex Marić with 14 points.

Best teams from Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Slovenia participate in this regional basketball league.
