Mugo, Maiyo win Belgrade marathon

Kenyan Hellen Mugo and her countryman Johnstone Maiyo won the 23th Belgrade marathon.

Maiyo finished men's marathon in 2 hours, 16 minutes and 23 seconds, beating Sammy Kibet (2:18:15) and Paul Lopio (2:18:19), both from Kenya.
Mugo was the women's winner at 2:41:19. Volha Rezkaya of Belarus was second with 2:53:57, while Neza Mravlje of Slovenia claimed third place, clocking 2:59:30.
Stepan Rogovtsov of Belarus won the men's half-marathon race at 1:05:24, and Serbia's Olivera Jevtic was the women's winner at 1:13:13.
