Paul Gasol had 18 points and 11 rebounds to lead world champion Spain to its first European basketball title, while Uros Tripkovic and Novica Velickovic added 15 points each for Serbia.
Spain dominated from start, taking a 20-7 lead in the first quarter and extended the lead to 29 points against a young Serbian team in the fourth quarter.
Serbia's guard Milos Teodosic was selected in the All-star team, alongside Rudy Fernandez (Spain), Pau Gasol (Spain), Erazem Lorbek (Slovenia) and Vassilis Spanoulis (Greece). Gasol won the tournament MVP honors.
