Serbia became the first nation to defend its European Basketball Championship U20 Men’s title with an 87-78 victory over Spain in Sunday's final.

Milos Teodosic led Serbia with 22 points, five assists and four rebounds. Milenko Tepic added 20 points and Dragan Labovic scored 13 points.
Italy won bronze medal after win against Russia 74-63.
Teodosic was named MVP of the Championship.
