Ana Ivanovic beat Russia's Svetlana Kuznetsova in three sets, 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7-4), to win the WTA's German Open in Berlin.

The 19-year-old Serb collected her third career title, beating a top-10 player for the eighth time. She will move from No. 16 to No. 8 in the new WTA rankings to be issued on Monday.
