The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated in an official letter to the RIK that it is not able to propose opening of polling stations in Montenegro, because they have not received information on the number of voters per municipality in Montenegro, from the RIK.
Addresses of embassies, consulates, permanent missions and other representative establishments in 35 countries, where voting will be held, have been provided in the proposal.
Polling stations will be opened in Australia, Austria, Algeria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Greece, Denmark, Israel, Italy, South Africa, Canada, Cyprus, Libya, Macedonia, Hungary, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Russia, Romania, Germany, United States of America, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, France, Finland, The Netherlands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Sweden.
Applications for registration in special voters lists abroad can be submitted by December 31, while there is a possibility that such applications may be submitted by persons eligible to vote abroad, and the number of applications can determine the opening of a polling station in an embassy or consulate where currently according to law there is no basis for opening a polling station.
The department of corrections has submitted a proposal to the RIK for specifying polling stations according to the number of prisoners, for more than 7,700 persons in prisons and correctional facilities in 19 places in Serbia.
