President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic stated today that he proposed Milos Vucevic to the Serbian parliament as a candidate for Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia.
According to a statement by the President of the Republic, the decision on the proposal of the candidate for the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia was made on the basis of Article 112 paragraph 1 point 3 and Article 127 paragraph 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", number 98/2006), Article 18 and Article 24 paragraph 3 of the Law on the President of the Republic ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", number 111/07), and after hearing the opinion of representatives of the elected electoral lists.
This decision is submitted to the Serbian parliament and enters into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia".
