The Memorandum was signed as part of the "Digitalisation and Justice" conference, organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia.
Jovanovic explained that the goal of the relevant ministry is to provide, together with the Judicial Academy, constant education of judges in order to increase their knowledge in the implementation of regulations in the field of electronic administration and electronic business.
According to him, the signing of the agreement between the two institutions is particularly important for the economy, which largely uses electronic documents and services in its work.
Also, as he stated, it will give an incentive to the public administration to more courageously implement new electronic services and make further progress in digital transformation.
At the same time, he pointed out the importance of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia, which for years has been a great promoter of electronic commerce, the holder of projects that improve public administration capacities, but also an active factor in regulatory changes that enable electronic administration and business.
