Prime Minister Ana Brnabic stated today that the situation in Kosovo and Metohija is tense and difficult and that it has never been more difficult, and expressed her gratitude to Serbs in the province for remaining calm and refraining from violence.

Brnabic assessed that the reaction of KFOR is belated and pointed out that the task of this international mission was to protect the interests and peace of the people in Kosovo and Metohija, not the usurpers.
The Prime Minister stated that peace is the most important thing that we have and that by preserving it, we preserve the survival of the Serbian people in the province.
She said that the situation in the southern Serbian province is monitored hour by hour and that the public will be informed about the next steps.
