Serbia-Montenegro's Olivera Jevtic won first place in the women's category of the 81st International Sao Silvestre street race in Sao Paulo.

She finished first the 15,000 meters race with 51 minutes and 38 seconds, followed by Kenya's Rose Cheruiyot in second place and Ethiopia's Bizunish Bekele in third.
Her triumph on Saturday was her second at Sao Silvestre, after her victory from 1998.
