Prime Minister Ana Brnabic met in Brussels today with European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi.
The meeting is an opportunity to directly discuss Serbia's progress in European reforms, especially the rule of law and the recent referendum on amending the Constitution in the field of justice, as well as to discuss our country's next steps towards EU membership and preparations for opening new clusters.
Today, the Prime Minister will also meet with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Josep Borrell, and after that she will participate in the meeting of the Stabilisation and Association Council (SAA) of the Republic of Serbia with the European Union.
The mentioned meeting will be chaired by Borrell, and the Serbian delegation will be led by Brnabic and Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic.
It is expected that, after the meeting of the Stabilisation and Association Council, around 2 pm, Brnabic, Borrell and Varheji will hold a joint press conference.
