Stefanovic conveyed to the Crown Prince the greetings of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic and an invitation to visit Serbia.
The Minister of Defence thanked the Crown Prince for the successful cooperation so far, especially in projects related to the military industry and the Ministry of Defence, and expressed expectation that the two ministries of defence will have even more intensive cooperation in the coming period through direct cooperation.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed pointed out that the United Arab Emirates continues close cooperation with Serbia and that the agreements reached so far will be improved in the future.
He said that he supports the efforts of President Vucic to preserve stability and comprehensive peace in the region and increase the living standards of citizens.
It was emphasised at the meeting that both countries are committed to vaccinating their population and fighting COVID-19.
The interlocutors voiced hope that such protection of the population will lead to economic growth, which should ensure stability and long-term development of both countries.
After the meeting, Minister Stefanovic and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed visited the stand of the public company "Yugoimport-SDPR", where the products of the Serbian defence industry were exhibited, it is stated in the announcement of the Ministry of Defence.
