Kezman opened the scoring in the 18th minute after the Lithuanian defence failed to clear a Dejan Stankovic cross from the left and the ball fell kindly for the striker, who rifled it home with a crisp low shot from 10 metres.
Ilic made it 2-0 in the 74th when he took advantage of a mistake from Lithuania's goalkeeper Zydrunas Karcemarskas and defender Andrius Skerla to easily head home.
Serbia and Montenegro have 15 points, two more than Spain, with the two nations to play Wednesday in Madrid. Lithuania is third with nine points.
