Serbia and Montenegro remained top of the Group Seven after a goalless draw with closest rivals Spain in the football World Cup qualifier.

Serbia and Montenegro have 11 points after five games, with Spain on nine, along with Lithuania, who drew 1-1 with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Spain had the majority of possession, but the home side came closest when Chelsea's Mateja Kezman struck the post after 53 minutes.
Fernando Torres should have put Spain ahead after being supplied by Raul, but he blazed over.
