Djokovic defeated at Roland Garros semifinals

Belgrade/Paris, 7 June 2013

The world’s no.1 tennis player Novak Djokovic failed to reach the finals of the Grand Slam tournament at Roland Garros since he was defeated today in the semifinals by the title-defending champion Rafael Nadal by 3:2 in sets, namely 6:4, 3:6, 6:1, 6:7 (3:7) and 9:7.

In the battle for the title, Nadal will meet with the winner of the second semifinals match between Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Spaniard David Ferrer that will take place later today.
