World No. 1 Novak Djokovic's victory over Sam Querrey of the United States brought Serbia an insurmountable 3-1 lead in the best-of-five tie and advancement into the semi-finals of Davis Cup.

Djokovic won with 7:5, 6:7 (4:7), 6:1, 6:0.
In the doubles match, Nenad Zimonjic and Ilija Bozoljac achieved victory against Mike and Bob Bryan after a marathon five-set battle, 7:6 (7:5), 7:6 (7:1), 5:7, 4:6, 15:13.
Previous Djokovic defeated John Isner 7:6 (7:5), 6:2, 7:5, while Querrey was better than Viktor Troicki 7:6 (7:1), 3:6, 4:6, 6.1, 6-4.
The remaining outcome-irrelevant singles match is between Troicki and Isner.
