Women's national handball team of Montenegro, new European champion

The match took place at the Belgrade Arena, before approximately 7,000 spectators, and the referees were Belarusians Andrei Gousko and Sergei Repkin.
The title of the European champion was won by the team of Montenegro, for the first time in history, which in the final, after two extensions, defeated the former European champion and the current world and Olympic champion, the team of Norway, with the result 34:31 (24:24, 12:11 ).
The jubilee, 10th European Women’s Handball Championship, hosted by Serbia from 4 to 16 December, was closed last night in Belgrade with the presentation of medals and awards.
