The Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija has recommended the Red Cross offices of Serbia-Montenegro, Serbia, and Kosovo-Metohija, which are in charge of distribution of aid to end users in Kosovo-Metohija, to set up supervisory boards on all levels.
