According to the Tanjug news agency, the aid delivery includes tents, beds, mattresses, sheets, makeshift kitchens and a makeshift hospital that can treat up to 600 patients.
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said it will rush another two flights with food aid and medical assistance on Friday.
Serbian Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Affairs Slobodan Lalovic, Commissioner for Refugees Dragisa Dabetic and Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija head Nebojsa Covic welcomed officials of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations at the airport.
