Junior water polo team retains champion's title

MALTA, 19 September 2004

Serbia-Montenegro's junior water polo team defeated Croatia 8-7 to win European champion's title for a third successive time.

The game was sent into extra-time when the scores were tied at 6-all after four quarters of water polo. In extra-time Croatia scored one goal, while Serbia and Montenegro secured the win with two goals.
